Social Softball is about having fun playing the game together with mates, friends, family and other locals rather than hard competitive play. 

 

The social softball teams registration fee is $150 for the 2023-24 season. Each team can have as many people in a team as they like. Any group can put a team together and register.

Northwind Tornados Softball Club teams will be drafted into teams on the muster / draft day, players can register on the day. Each player will pay $15 each.

​

The Social Softball league will be a round Robin where new teams will slot into the round robin as they register. 'Game Day' will be Saturdays 3pm till late. Location will be advised as teams register  and pitches become available.

​

1st practice will be Wednesday 18th October, further practices will be advised as they occur until regular season starts; First week of November is designated as the start of our Softball season.

All players are advised to acquire a glove to play with. Catchers gloves will be provided if needed 

​

There will be an opportunity for a Softball festival tournament in 2024, though this is still in the planning phase at the moment.
